What we build

Waterfront construction, start to finish.

Core services for waterfront owners along the midcoast, from the docks and floats you stand on to the seawalls, pilings and barge work that hold everything up. Every build is sized to your frontage, your tide range, and how you actually use the water.

01 · Docks

Fixed pier and floating docks

Sized to your needs and designed for simple efficient seasonal service and maintenance.

02 · Floats

Floats and Swim Platforms

The part that rides the tide. Float sections for tie-up and boarding, and stand-alone swim platforms moored off the shore, all built to haul out clean for winter.

03 · Seawalls

Timber Seawalls & Retaining Walls Replacement & Restoration

The line that holds your shoreline in place. Timber seawall & retaining wall replacements & restoration built to last.

04 · Pile driving

Driven or ledge-pinned pilings

The foundation under everything else. Pilings driven or pinned & anchored to the ledge so a pier to stand on so that won’t shift with the tide and weather.

05 · Barge work

Crane & barge access

We stage most of our projects on a barge and build the structure from the water, to minimize the impact to your property.
